Birthday Patry Contract

Birthday parties in 2010 will be charged at a rate of £8.00 per child (minimum charge for 10 children). This includes party food, party bag and two consecutive hours at Duckys. Animal interaction events during the party will vary according to the time of year and circumstances.

 A non refundable deposit of £20.00 is payable within 5 days of making the original booking, the balance being payable on the party day.

 Final numbers for the party must be given 48 hours before the party date and these numbers will be catered for and charged for.

 Any additional children who attend the party but are not included in the party as part of the party number, will be charged £3.50. This cost covers play and use of the facilities. If parents do not pay this charge then this cost will be passed on to the person responsible for the party.

 Any persons remaining after the party who want to stay for the rest of the day will be charged the entrance fee accordingly.

 The management reserve the right to change or cancel any animal interaction event in the case of public safety.

The management reserve the right to cancel a party in the case of public safety and will endeavour to reschedule the party at a mutually convenient time.

You as the party organiser are responsible for the children who attend your party. If parents leave the children with you they are then in your care and your responsibility. At no time are Duckys Park Farm responsible for these children. Duckys is providing the venue only. You must at all times keep an eye on the children inside and outside on the activities. Please note at certain times you will mix with the public and your animal activity may coincide with a public event. Please make sure you watch your children at all times.
